What is Allcare Pharmacy? |
| AllCare Pharmacy provides oral and injectable specialty medications in a full-service, retail setting open to the general community. We are a different type of pharmacy. Once AllCare receives an insurance rejection or prior authorization request, we immediately call the insurance. We will obtain all related information and forms required in resolving the issue. Then we call your office to provide all the clinical options such as formulary alternatives or step therapy information. In the instance forms are required we will fill out all the patient information we can and the fax them to your office for completion and submission. We actively survey each claim until it is resolved. This includes following up with the insurance, patient and you the provider. |
